Please note this article applies only to District subscription accounts.
If you are an instructor with admin privileges, you can reset an instructor's password at any time.
1. Select Admin > Instructor Roster Management.
2. Select the ID link for the instructor whose password you want to reset.
The Instructor Profile will open.
3. Select the Edit Profile link.
The Edit Instructor Profile dialog will open.
4. Select Reset under Password.
5. Select Save & Close.
An email will be sent to the user with a link to reset his or her password.
